Calling all Oprah Winfrey worshipers. The queen of talk shows is offering up an opportunity of a lifetime to ten of her lucky fans.

In the February issue of Oprah’s magazine O, you will find your chance to win the “Live Your Best Life Weekend” that will take place May 7-9th in New York City.

Here’s how it works. In each and every magazine there is a pull out ticket driving readers to go to website Oprah.com to see if they are one of the lucky 10.

The sweepstakes contest marks the 10th anniversary of her magazine. Winners will receive airfare, accommodations and tickets for all of the weekend’s events: a seminar conducted by Suze Orman, stylist Nate Berkus and self-help coach Martha Beck, as well as an evening with Winfrey at Radio City Music Hall.

Early yesterday morning Lindsay Lohan and her driver were leaving The Hotel Cafe in Hollywood in her BMW when they hit and injured a member of the paparazzo.

At the scene of the “crime”, the injured photog had his hand treated by an EMT but refused transport to an area hospital.

Even though Lindsay was in the car, for once she is not a person of interest. Her hired driver could be charged with criminal assault with a deadly weapon. An investigation is underway.

TMZ spoke with the freelance photographer involved in the accident. He said, “Of course I’m going to sue them…but I don’t care about the money.” Umm, sure he doesn’t! What….is he just trying to prove a point?

The driver was reportedly wearing sunglasses while driving in a dark alley. The victim claims he is “lucky to be alive.” An interesting comment from a guy who is used to hiding behind a dumpster in a dark alley.

Katy Perry and Russell Brand arrived at LAX on an Air New Zealand flight from London on Saturday. The British comedian and his pop star fiancee clung to each other as they made their way through the terminal.

Perry appeared to be trying to keep her engagement ring curled up in her hand but photogs managed to capture pictures of the sparkler when she let down her guard.

The couple recently purchased a new home together in Los Angeles for a reported $3.2 million

It was just a matter of time before David Hasselhoff’s addiction issues spelled the end of his run on the NBC summer series “America’s Got Talent”. The network announced on Sunday that comedian Howie Mandel will join Sharon Osbourne and Piers Morgan as a judge when the show resumes production.

Howie is a self described germophobic. The actual term is mysophobia, a fear of germs. He doesn’t shake hands — preferring instead to fist bump. He is host of the popular game show “Deal or No Deal”. He has another new NBC reality show “Howie Do It” and performs across the country in limited engagements as a stand-up comic. He married his high school sweetheart Terry 30-years-ago and the couple have three children.

Hasselhoff has been hospitalized on multiple occasions for seizures brought on by excessive bouts of drinking. His ex-wife Barbara Bach has had issues with alcohol too. She was recently arrested for DUI.

David told reporters last fall that he and his daughters Hayley and Taylor Ann were working with A & E network on a reality show. No word on the viability of the proposed documentary style project.

Another new judge who will debut this week is television host Ellen DeGeneres, who replaces Paula Abdul on the popular FOX show “American Idol”. Another guy who got the boot this week was Jay Leno

After days of speculation, NBC Universal Entertainment chairman Jeff Gaspin has confirmed that Jay Leno’s last show in the prime-time slot will be on February 12, 2010. He acknowledged that The Jay Leno Show, on the air since September, “did not meet affiliate needs.”

The network will reshuffle the deck between Jay, Conan O’Brien and Jimmy Fallon. Negotiations are underway according to Gaspin, who said: “Throughout talks, Leno and O’Brien have been incredibly gracious and professional. It’s a private conversation that will continue on Monday.”

Things could get touchy with O’Brien, who was promised The Tonight Show in an effort to keep him from jumping to another network. Fallon took over Conan’s Late Show and could end up on the short end of the negotiations. Some have speculated that Leno will lead off at 11:30 p.m. eastern with a half hour show. Gaspin says, “Jay just wants to tell jokes.”

Warning, stop reading now if you don’t want to wreck your viewing enjoyment for the latest season of “Celebrity Rehab.”

Notorious bad boy and former professional basketball player Dennis Rodman is featured on this season of ‘Celebrity Rehab’ and if TMZ ’s source from the police station got their story right, Dr. Drew and his staff weren’t able to provide the kind of help that the troubled athlete needed.

Last Thursday, the same night as the premiere of the reality show, Rodman was seen at Waterfalls inside the Atrium Hotel. Sadly, he wasn’t able to keep the party confined to his table and caused enough of a scene that police had to be called.

Sources are saying that Dennis did indeed have a “vodka” drink while at the restaurant and who knows how many before he arrived.

Enough customers complained to the restaurant and they were forced to call the cops. The ball player did cooperate with the law and left the establishment without any further disruptions.
