Rapper Trina has contacted the FBI because she is being shaken down for hush money in an apparent extortion plot. The singer told MTV that her cell went missing at the BET Hip-Hop Awards back in October 2009 and her personal collection of candid nude photos are now being held for ransom.

The private pics reportedly show Trina’s exposed breasts and her genitals. There were also some photos of Trina with her NBA boyfriend, Denver Nuggets power forward Kenyon Martin.

The rapper spoke with Str8NYC.com before the pictures went viral and said, “I personally would not want a picture of me leaked. I lost my phone, and I had some pictures of me that I don’t want the world to see. I’m thinking if it ever came out, I’m devastated. It’s not a sex tape, but it’s still…” Read more at Starpulse.

Over the weekend the worst case scenario came to pass, with some of the nude photos of Trina surfacing on various internet sites. Trina reports that she is devastated…to say the least.

Actress Brittany Murphy – who died suddenly at the age of 32 on December 20, 2010 – left her entire estate to her mother.

Sources say Brittany wrote a holographic (handwritten) will years before she was married that states all assets

are to go to her mother. The will was stored in her manager’s safe.

Brittany’s husband, Simon Monjack, told TMZ that after they were married Brittany had a formal will and trust drawn up. Simon reveals that under the new will and trust Brittany’s mother Sharon is the sole beneficiary.

Simon says – no pun intended – the will specifically states, at his request, ”I am married to Simon Monjack who I have intentionally left out of this will.”

On February 4, the L.A. County Coroner ruled that Brittany Murphy’s cause of death was “community acquired pneumonia, iron deficiency anemia, and multiple drug intoxication.”
