So we are not sure if this makes sense or not, but…teen sensation Justin Bieber’s manager surrendered to New York City authorities this morning for “failing to tweet.”

TMZ is reporting that Scott “Scooter” Braun turned himself over to police in response to a bench warrant on two misdemeanor counts; one for reckless endangerment and the other for criminal nuisance.

The charges stem from an incident that took place at Roosevelt Field Mall last November. Word is Justin was making an appearance and the fans caused a near riot — in fact, one girl was hospitalized for her injuries. Police asked Justin’s manager Scott to “tweet” that the event had been canceled but it seems Scooter refused.

If convicted of the charges, Braun

could face one year in jail. There must be more to this…going to jail for not “tweeting” seems extreme.

Beyonce is a sister once again, this time to a little brother. Her father Mathew Knowles carried on an 18-month affair with Alexsandra Wright, which resulted in the birth of a baby boy.

Wright previously worked for Mathew, and although he denied a relationship, he did agree to the DNA test, which proved that he was indeed the boys father.

While the permanent terms of child support

are being worked out, Knowles will pay $8,200 a month.

Mathew has been married to Tina Knowles for 29 years. Their two daughters are mega star Beyonce

and her sister Solange. Tina filed for divorce in November 2009.

The eleven remaining contestants on the hit FOX reality show American Idol performed former #1 songs from the Billboard Hot 100 List. Serving as mentor to the group this week was 17-year-old Miley Cyrus.

Crystal Bowersox sang “Me and Bobby McGee”. The judges all agreed that the Janis Joplin tune was the perfect song choice. Ellen and Kara reaped high praise on her performance but told her to lose the guitar, and work at showcasing more personality. Crystal alluded that she has a big surprise planned for next week.

Simon Cowell, who has been Bowersox’ biggest supporter, instructed her to ignore the guitar advice – yet another mixed message handed down. Suffice it to say, this season has been overflowing with divergent opinions.

The strongest male contender continues to be Michael Lynche. ‘Big Mike’ sang “When A Man Loves A Woman”. The judges weren’t crazy about the song choice but couldn’t fault his vocals.

Wednesday’s show is critical because after this elimination, the remaining 10 contestants are all guaranteed a lucrative contract to appear on the AI summer tour.

Who will get the boot? Our guess is Paige Miles. Randy said her rendition of “Against All Odds” was “terrible”, and Kara backed him up by calling it “the worst vocal of the season”. Ellen preferred to go for a laugh. She said, “At least you didn’t fall down”.

If you’ve ever cheated before and you actually want to share your story, you could be featured in Jenny McCarthy’s upcoming project – a book that explores love and lust. The sexy actress/comedienne/model took to her Twitter page to ask her followers for their personal experiences and stories.

Asking questions like, what makes a woman stay after your man cheats, what things do you lust over, how many girls have fantasized about being with another girl, and what do you fantasize about when you are having sex — McCarthy got very personal with her 105,884 Twitter followers.

She was instantly inundated with responses. For those who responded, Jenny asked if she could feature them in her book, identifying them only by their Twitter name. The funny girl describes her latest project as “a look inside sex and love and how we manipulate to get both.”

Wouldn’t we all like to know the reasons why people stray — such an interesting concept and very cool of her to use her fan base to help her with the project. This will be McCarthy’s seventh book.
