Britain’s Got Talent runner-up Susan Boyle has inked a deal to write her autobiography.

The Scottish singing sensation, who shot to fame on Simon Cowell’s British version of American Idol, has teamed with publishing company Transworld to share details of her life and pay tribute to her late mother whom Susan cared for until her death in 2007, at the age of 91.

Boyle says, “When I strutted on to the stage for that audition, I was a scared wee lassie (little lady), still grieving for my mother, not caring how I looked. I think I’ve grown up a lot in the last year, become more of a lady, and I’m not so frightened anymore. I’m writing this book to try to show that you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover and I hope it will benefit other people. My story demonstrates that you shouldn’t just look at the label, you should look at the whole person, emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually.”

“I hope that telling it will show that dreams are not impossible, if you’ve got courage and a willingness to go on no matter what the circumstances,” adds Boyle, who has seen her albums top charts around the world the past 12 months.

The autobiography “The Woman I Was Born To Be” will hit stores in the fall.

Spencer Pratt, the resident expert on absolutely nothing, has decided that he knows a thing or two about breasts. His wife Heidi Montag recent had her implants upgraded to a hefty E or F cup size and this fact had him making a comparison to the newly enhanced chest of actress Kate Hudson.

Kate, previously flat-chested, had a small breast augmentation procedure within the past few weeks and was photographed taking in the Coachella Festival over the weekend. We recently featured pics of Kate showing off her new shape in a bikini – CLICK HERE.

Spencer was so upset by the new pics of the actress that he jumped on his Twitter page to vent his exasperation. He ‘tweeted’: “How is it possible to get breast implants and still not have breasts? Kate H – get ur money back…”

Kim Kardashian tweeted the pic above from a photo shoot in Australia and it has ruffled the feathers of some of her Twitter fans and the folks at PETA.

Kim responded on her blog saying, “Hey guys! So yesterday I was doing a photo shoot with an adorable black kitty cat and I Twitpic’d this picture… I have been getting negative comments regarding the way I was holding the kitty, but rest assured, the owner and vet were on set and showed me how to pick him up. The cat was not harmed in any way and is perfectly fine! I love animals and would never do anything to harm any animals.”

TMZ spoke to the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, who said “It is permissible to hold a kitten by his or her scruff for a brief amount of time” … but warns, “the manner in which Ms. Kardashian is holding the kitten could lead others to mishandle animals.”

Regarding Kim’s handling of the kitten PETA says, “Kim Kardashian isn’t the only person who mistakenly thinks that because a mother cat picks up her kittens by the scruff of the neck that a supportive hand under the rump isn’t needed.”
