Jesse James’ latest legal battle has been put on hold.

On March 25, James and photog Ulises Rios got into a dispute and placed each other under citizen’s arrest. Rios accused James of damaging his car during the scuffle; Jesse countered by accusing Rios of stalking.

James was cited for vandalism but no charges have been made against him.

Police visited Rios’ home earlier this month and confiscated several items including videotapes and photographs as part of their ongoing investigation.

But law enforcement officials say the investigation is on hold until James is released from a rehab facility in Tuson, Arizona next month.

The star’s publicist Hildie Katibah issued a statement saying James would spend April in treatment for an undisclosed issue.
